You’re on notice – get yourself and your feminist group to your region’s Feminist Campus Leadership Conference. The conferences will take place in three different locations across the country this November- New England, the Midwest, and the West Coast. Registration is now open on our website so get your head counts finalized and get excited!
The conference is your chance to meet student activists from your region, many of whom are leading their feminist groups on campus. Network with our speakers and attend our amazing workshops and strategy sessions! We will be tackling issues that affect us on a local, national, and global level. From the upcoming elections, to reproductive health and rights, violence against women, anti-choice extremism, education access, and campus activism, this is an event that is not to be missed!
One year out from the 2012 Election, the conferences will feature “Get Out HER Vote” workshops where we will learn about the election’s impact on women’s lives and what you and your feminist group can do now and next Spring to gear up for 2012.
These conferences will be a great way to prepare for the annual National Young Feminist Leadership Conference to be held March 31- April 2, 2012 in Washington, DC!
