Description:

North American responsibilities for Field Operations of NextEra's Transmission & Substation assets. Manage execution of Condition Assessment, Event Response, Reliability, Regulatory, Contract Administration, and other tactical needs for the components and systems under Transmission/Substation BU accountability. Assure reliability and functional integrity of system configurations, and mitigation of operational exposures. Manage work with internal and external resources. Coordinate with the generator sites. Ascertain organizational readiness to planned and unplanned events. Model and develop behaviors, attributes, and practices that engage and focus the organization. Evaluate and improve the execution of critical processes. This is an exciting new role with significant growth potential for the right individual.

Requirements:

Must have strong background in substation / protection & control equipment and systems.

Bachelor's degree in Sciences;Yes

Desirable to have background in transmission line equipment and systems.

Must be able to communicate effectively and remotely. Must be able to adapt to plan changes.

Must be able to demonstrate execution of day-to-day tactical needs.
