Description:

PolicyMic is currently recruiting young aspiring journalists and activists to write about feminist and social justice issues. These include sexism and gender inequality, sexual orientation and LGBTQ politics, gender identity and trans issues, racism and racial prejudice, and a host of other issues which millennials grapple with every day and see in the news constantly.

PolicyMic is the first news site to engage young people from across the political spectrum in debate and discussion about contemporary issues. The site has grown to 4 million unique visitors per month, offering young writers a unique platform to have their voices heard.

Paid interns will work with our editing team in NYC to learn how to produce viral feminism content and write for an online audience.
