The Director, Patient Services and Health Center Operations is responsible for the development, implementation and management of patient services for Planned Parenthood of Southeast. The Director of Patient Services & Health Center Operations services the Regional Directors and Lead Clinician. The Director ensures excellent quality care and service, efficient utilization or resources and strong financial performance at each of the health centers: including operational management, coordination, and oversight of day-to- day activities.
