Job Title: Property Assistant

Description: Description: Great opportunity for anyone returning to the workforce and would like an easy going/stable office. Great benefits and only 35 hours per week. In addition, candidate will be done at 3:30 every friday.

DUTIES: Support the Sr. Property manager of two class-A office buildings in downtown Bethesda. Property Manager is very busy and needs someone competent that can run the basics of the office while she is out or tied to big projects
-Run the front desk station of a two person property management office in 2 Bethesda Metro Center -Answer incoming calls. Very low call volume of roughly 6-12 calls per day. Follow up on tenant requests -Greet infrequent visitors- only a handful per week. Answer basic questions or direct them to Sandra -Create forms, data entry, double check routine property forms for accuracy
-General Office Support -Take the initiative to refill the water cooler when it’s empty, create work orders, order office supplies, filing, some scheduling, follow up, code invoices and delinquency reports, pull various reports, work on detailed leed certification materials- these are monthly, quarterly, and yearly database and filing projects for the leed certification board- this is all simple stuff but full of easy to miss details, work in Outlook and Jenark- the accounting system


EXPERIENCE DESIRED: Would love commercial real estate experience if this person is more jr. World much rather see a return-to-the-workforce professional
SOFTWARE: MS Office Suite,
ESSENTIAL SKILLS: Patience (this is a quiet/ lonely office), ability to grasp the concepts, a great listener, a list maker, good memory, excellent degree of customer service
