FMLA Works to Save Women's Center

Amanda Gonzales and the group at Occidental have been working tirelessly to save their residential Women's Center, soon scheduled for demolition, by involving alumni, staging sit-ins, and never backing down. In addition to this they have been trying for two years now to have Women's Studies become an official department and planning a full plate of programming including activities almost every day of Women's History Month.
