UPDATE: CONFERENCE POSTPONED
In light of the rapid spread of COVID-19 and CDC recommendations of cancelling or postponing events of 50 or more for the next eight weeks, we have decided to postpone our June conference to protect those most vulnerable and do our part to flatten the curve. We are currently in a public health crisis and due to our conference’s location in Washington, D.C., we have determined the most responsible decision is postponement. While we are saddened by this, our focus is on prioritizing taking care of each other during this difficult time, and we encourage you to do the same. This page will be updated with more information as we have it.

Activists from across the country will join in the nation’s capital the first weekend in June for an inter-generational demonstration of the immense power behind the feminist movement. This year’s conference—titled “Fired Up—Ready to Vote!”—is a joint effort with the National Organization for Women because 2020 is THE year for feminist activism. We’ll be celebrating the historic relevance of the year 2020: a presidential election year, the year of ERA ratification, and the 100th anniversary of the 19th Amendment!
Friday and Saturday programming will feature national experts, trailblazers, leaders, and policymakers diving headfirst into a variety of feminist issues, like combating the nationwide wave of abortion bans and protecting clinics from anti-abortion violence, the fight for women’s rights and representation in Afghanistan, and the surging movement for the Equal Rights Amendment. On Sunday, we’ll cap off the weekend with a full day of hands-on workshops and trainings to help you develop voting strategies and remove roadblocks to voting on your campus to mobilize and empower the student vote in fall 2020. We all know how critical this year’s election is, and with your help, we will make the feminist vote its most powerful.
Bonus: You’ll also have time to meet, connect, and make lifelong friendships with hundreds of feminists from around the country, and word has it that Ruth Bader Ginsburg’s personal trainer will be leading RBG’s famous workout in a group exercise class!
So what are you waiting for?
