duVergne is the Director of both FMF’s Feminist Campus program and its National Clinic Access Project. She graduated with a J.D. from Loyola Law School, where she was recognized for excellence in federal and state constitutional law and was a member of the Entertainment Law Review. Prior to law school, Gaines co-directed FMF’s benefit concert series Rock for Choice for seven years and gained extensive national experience as a campus field organizer for clinic defense and the Iowa ERA Campaign. In her time working at FMF duVergne has led numerous initiatives, including campus-based campaigns that defeated anti-abortion ballot measures in California, Colorado, Mississippi, North Dakota, and South Dakota.
